Professor Paolo Roccaro from the University of Catania presented intoDBP during the WaterEnergy NEXUS event in Abu Dhabi held on 17-19 February 2025 and organized by the Khalifa University and the Center for Membranes and Advanced Water Technology (CMAT) .
His presentation focused on the project’s advanced methodologies for controlling disinfection by-products (DBPs) in drinking water systems, a critical area in ensuring public health and compliance with evolving water quality standards. In particular, he dlivered:

- Modeling the Removal of Micropollutants in Wastewater During AOPs by Sensors and Machine Learning
